Coordinate day-to-day program activities for the VA Veterans Health Administration ORIS effort, curating plans to capture evolving client needs and ensuring high-priority projects deliver on schedule and quality. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while managing project teams to create delivery schedules and generate status reports. Design lean, responsive processes in Jira to support resource management, track team capacity, and coordinate dependencies across triage, workflow, training, and change-management workstreams. Protect team focus during rapid-response demands while supporting PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops to align prioritization with government needs.
