Job Summary
Experienced Agile Lead/Scrum Master to facilitate one complex agile team or several teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) delivering value using SAFe. Responsible for coaching Scrum, Scrumban, or Kanban, removing impediments, ensuring PI Planning commitments, enabling cross-team communication, and driving continuous improvement. Collaborates with Product Owners and System Engineers to develop User Stories, manages metrics and information radiators, and fosters a high-performing, collaborative team environment. Requires strong SAFe/Jira experience and a track record of guiding teams through SAFe ceremonies, promoting Agile maturity, and delivering on program increments. Must have 5+ years in a Scrum Master role within software/technical programs and possess CSM/SSM or equivalent certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must have worked as a scrum master for a software development team or a large technical team for at least 5 years to qualify
- Must come from Agile/SAFe environment
- Must know JIRA
- Must have experience working with product owners and highly technical engineers
