Job Summary
Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager responsible for guiding RF hardware/software development programs from concept to completion. You’ll apply Agile frameworks, coordinate with stakeholders, review contracts and cost accounting, and support tactical planning using tools like MS Project, PowerPoint, and Visio. Works with business leaders, SMEs, schedulers, customers, and financial analysts to ensure programs meet goals and quality standards while developing and maintaining product/ program strategies and delivering new RF/signal processing capabilities within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technology field
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or managing teams to meet stakeholder objectives
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner supporting technical development
- Experience with hardware and software development projects
- Experience with Agile frameworks and lifecycle tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience teaching and leading technical teams in Agile framework concepts
- Secret clearance or eligibility for such clearance
