Job Summary
Experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to empower engineering teams to operate with self-organization, accountability, and predictable delivery. Lead ceremonies, coach teams on lean and agile principles, maintain transparent reporting with Agile dashboards, collaborate with Product Owner to keep a healthy backlog, and proactively identify and remove impediments and risks. Partner with ADM to provide visibility into team-level risks and drive continuous improvement while enabling cross-functional collaboration and alignment with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification

- proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

- Track record of delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment
- Experience removing impediments and managing risks at the team level
- Ability to partner with Product Owner to maintain healthy product backlog
- Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies
- Knowledge of lean and agile principles
- Data-driven mindset for process improvement
- Experience creating and maintaining Agile dashboards (burn-down charts, flow metrics)
- Ability to foster a transparent and value-driven team culture
- Experience in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other ceremonies
- Collaborative mindset and teamwork oriented
- Comfortable working in a globally-distributed team
- Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools
