Job Summary
Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and coach engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. Responsibilities include enabling team-led, value-driven ceremonies; applying lean and agile principles; maintaining transparent reporting and Agile dashboards; driving continuous improvement through metrics; ensuring a healthy product backlog with the Product Owner; proactively identifying and removing impediments; partnering with the Agile Delivery Manager and external stakeholders to align on priorities and delivery. Must demonstrate strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills, with hands-on experience in Jira/Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification
- Experience mentoring teams and individuals to foster self-organization and a growth mindset
- Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
