Job Summary
Lead the kanban/scrum team in using Agile methodology and practices to ensure delivery success and maintain good team morale. Act as a buffer between the scrum/kanban team and line of business/project management by removing impediments and coaching the team on overcoming obstacles. Help the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction while supporting self-organization and identifying gaps in the Agile framework. Resolve conflicts and issues that occur to maintain a stable working environment. Help the team achieve higher levels of kanban/scrum maturity and provide education where needed. Minimum 3 years of technology delivery experience required with a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience on a leading technology teams via projects or direct reports
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in scrum/kanban
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Minimum 3 years of technology delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree
