Seeking a Scrum Master - Agile Coach for a long-term contract position at CBC/Radio-Canada. The role focuses on guiding teams in agile practices within engineering projects, requiring strong organizational skills, agile expertise, and bilingual capabilities (English and French). Prior experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in large projects
- Minimum of 3 years in a Scrum Master/Coach role
- Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques
- Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement
