Job Summary
Conduct Scrum Master activities to support team delivery of high-quality software using an incremental approach. Identify and remove obstacles to ensure effective workflows while championing SAFe methodology ceremonies and practices. Liaise with stakeholders, the product owner, and management to convey vision, prioritize work, and ensure releases meet deadlines and budgets. Manage information exchange, project documentation, and briefing materials for the team and program leadership. Provide expertise in systems scope formulation and determine operational objectives by evaluating output requirements and collecting performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to pass a Poly clearance
- Min 8 years with BS/BA
- Min 6 years with MS/MA
- Min 3 years with PhD
- additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated experience as a SAFe Agile Scrum Master in IT
- Demonstrated experience leading Daily Stand-ups
- Demonstrated experience leading Backlog Grooming
- Demonstrated experience leading Sprint Planning
- Demonstrated experience leading Sprint Reviews
- Demonstrated experience leading PI Planning
- Demonstrated experience leading Retrospectives
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP, or SAFe)
- 1 year Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience
- Some experience with Jira and/or Microsoft DevOps
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI
- ability to obtain a Poly
