Job Summary
Lead daily scrums, hold team members accountable for work, and capture updates in JIRA and Confluence to reflect progress and dependencies. Proactively groom the backlog to simplify planning efforts, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and provide scrum reports on capacity and velocity. Manage roadblocks and impediments with leadership, assist program leadership in timely delivery of all deliverables, and lead design sessions for prototyping new systems. Support user acceptance testing, work with client PMO to establish milestones, and help automate activities in JIRA to create efficiencies. Requires 4+ years of Agile lifecycle experience, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) knowledge, and an active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with the following: Agile lifecycle and coordination of Scrums and other processes
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Use of tools used in agile / scrum programs, such as Jira and Confluence
- Development and maintenance of documentation, artifacts, and reports on sprints, epics, and milestones
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance
