Job Summary
Guide and coach Scrum teams in applying Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services, while modeling empowering behaviors to support organizational transformation. Facilitate key Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective to ensure engagement and smooth delivery. Build effective alliances across agile teams, technical communities, and business units to drive continuous improvement and break down barriers. Strengthen Agile maturity by ensuring adherence to Scrum theory and fostering positive team dynamics. This on-site role in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, contributes to the Electrification Business within ABB's mission to help industries run leaner and cleaner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering
- 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master or in a similar role applying agile principles, kanban, or lean
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Advanced English Level
