Job Summary
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and the Scrum framework. Remove impediments and resolve blockers impacting sprint goals, then coach team members on Agile best practices to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the backlog, track sprint progress using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments. Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress and performance while promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field from an HEC recognized university
- Around 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- A detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- A team player who gets along well with others
- The ability to work on tight timelines
- Positive & learning attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working in telecom or enterprise-level environments will be a plus
