Job Summary
Facilitate clear planning, efficient execution, and transparent delivery of key initiatives for new, IT-focused Agile solution teams. Coach and guide teams to work cohesively, fostering open communication while removing roadblocks and celebrating wins. Establish and communicate team-level metrics, contribute information to strategic plans, and promote agile principles across the organization. Collaborate with Agile coaches to advance practices and participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice. Perform the role of Scrum Master as defined in the 2020 Scrum Guide, adhering to regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- At least 1 year of Agile development experience
- At least 6 months in a formal Scrum Master role
- Experience working in an Agile work management tool such as Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or Rally
- Exceptional facilitation skills
- Agile mindset
- Adherence to regular and predictable attendance
