Scrub Techician

Scrub Technician to support the surgical team in a fast-paced operating room environment. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining a sterile environment, assisting surgeons and staff with surgical instruments and supplies, ensuring proper sterilization and organization of tools, monitoring patient positioning and vitals during procedures, collaborating with the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety, documenting and tracking surgical supplies and equipment usage, and adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. Requires strong knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques, excellent communication and teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus, as is flexibility for on-call shifts.
