Scrub Tech

Prepare operating rooms and set up sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies according to procedure requirements. Maintain strict sterile technique throughout surgeries, anticipate team needs, and pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon as needed. Assist with accurate counts of instruments, sponges, needles, and other supplies, while managing room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures. Properly handle, clean, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, following infection control, safety, and facility policies. Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, anesthesia personnel, and other surgical team members to ensure safe, efficient, and well-organized procedures. Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
