Job Summary
Conduct real-time documentation of patient information into the EMR while accompanying physicians during clinic hours remotely. Input orders as directed by the provider, including laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications. Handle all patient information with strict compliance to HIPAA regulations. This role requires consistent availability Monday through Friday (at least 3 days per week, 8 hours per day) and a secure office workspace. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and high attention to detail. We offer paid training, an hourly rate of $12-$15, and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent availability Monday through Friday (at least 3 days per week, 8 hours per day)
- A computer (PC or Laptop) that can run the latest version of Windows (Windows 11) or MacOS (MacOS 26.3)
- Typing test score of at least 60 WPM
- A secure office workspace
- A pair of headphones with a microphone that can connect to your computer
- Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Must be located in Virginia, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah for remote work
- Must be located in Blacksburg, Roanoke, Salem, Midlothian, or Richmond, Virginia for onsite work
- Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
