Job Summary
Enter admission, resumption, and recertification data into the electronic medical record as the admitting clinician dictates. Maintain knowledge of local, State, and federal regulations governing health records while supporting the development and revision of the plan of treatment. Communicate with new patients and families via telephone and actively participate in the agency's quality assurance and performance improvement program. Maintain effective communication with all individuals and protect the confidentiality of information. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 1.0 FTE. Located at Commonheart Office in Waukesha, WI.
