Job Summary
Load and unload garments onto the press, assist with setup and job changeovers, and stage screens, inks, and squeegees to maintain production pace. Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders, then fold, bag, tag, barcode, and label garments according to order requirements. Support receiving, sorting, and organizing inbound shipments while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and screen room environment. Communicate print issues and inventory discrepancies early to reduce waste and downtime.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, production, apparel, or a similar hands-on role
- Screenprinting, apparel production, embroidery, or fulfillment experience
- Screen reclaiming, screen room, or print shop workflow experience
- Familiarity with inventory systems
- Zoho experience
- Forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Interest in learning and growing within apparel production, screenprinting, fulfillment, and warehouse operations
- Understanding of production timelines, job flow, and order movement
- Ability to shift between screenprint, screen room, warehouse, and fulfillment priorities
- Strong quality awareness when handling garments, screens, inventory, and finished orders
- Clear communication when issues, delays, or quality concerns arise
- Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay efficient and accurate during high-volume production periods
- Team-first mindset with willingness to support different areas as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, production, apparel, or a similar hands-on role preferred
- Screenprinting, apparel production, embroidery, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Screen reclaiming, screen room, or print shop workflow experience is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus
- Zoho experience is a bonus
