Job Summary
Assess and respond to urgent and crisis behavioral health needs of individuals and families at the Central Receiving Facility. Facilitate clients in obtaining appropriate levels of care through collaboration with internal and external continuums of care. Provide therapeutic services including assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, and management of client risk and safety within statutory requirements. This 24-hour continuous operations unit serves voluntary clients and those brought in under the Baker Act or Marchman Act from Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. Base pay ranges from $20.22 to $21.85 per hour with additional supplemental and shift differential pay. A Bachelor's degree in a human services field and minimum one year of behavioral health experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services field
- Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field
- Minimum of (1) year experience in behavioral health field
- Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate
- Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside
- Good driving record
- Be insurable under the corporate policy
- Drug Free Workplace Employer, DRUG TESTING REQUIRED

- Experience working with individuals in crisis or substance use is preferred
