Job Summary
Screening Solutions Specialist (SSS) in Arlington, TX, field-based role for Exact Sciences focused on driving growth of Cologuard by building and managing accounts in the local healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities include analyzing local care delivery and market landscape to identify opportunities, developing and implementing account plans, educating target physicians and healthcare stakeholders about Exact Sciences products and CRC screening value, capturing customer interactions in CRM (Engage) and leveraging tools like Excel and Tableau to make data-driven decisions, coordinating with internal teams (SA, Medical Affairs, Marketing) to maximize opportunities, and traveling locally with potential overnight travel to meet sales goals and improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Science or any related field or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of previous sales, inside sales or account management experience OR 1+ years of sales experience plus 1+ years in healthcare or related field
- Possession of a valid driver’s license; no suspended, revoked, surrendered, invalid license
- No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the last 36 months
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship
- Ability to travel locally on a daily basis, and at times overnight travel may be required
