Job Summary
Track screening performance for prospective research volunteers and assist day-to-day volunteer marketing and recruitment activities to meet study enrollment timelines. Support the Screening Manager with screening set-up, updating recruitment websites, and managing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Prepare admission lists, screening logs, and admission charts while ensuring ethical recruitment practices and adherence to GCP guidelines. Explain research studies, obtain informed consent, and document medical histories according to SOPs and protocol requirements. Assist with scheduling screening procedures, obtaining clinical specimens, and reviewing abnormal results with Investigators. Liaise with the medical team to assess volunteer suitability and respond to volunteer queries, ensuring all data is collected to high quality and subject safety is maintained at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (preferred) or high school graduate
- At least 2 years' experience of working in a health-related environment, preferably clinical research
- Fluent in English/Spanish
- Computer proficient and ability to navigate through various specialized computerized systems
- Demonstration of digital skills in social media communications
- Good understanding of the latest online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
- Demonstration of initiating, delivering, and analyzing advertising campaigns for recruitment of volunteers
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet required deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and self-directed
- Aged 18 years or over
- Not have been debarred by the FDA
