Job Summary
Screening Clerk responsible for sorting and tracking all incoming registration documentation, reviewing/screening documentation for completion, and assisting in correspondence and inquiries regarding documentation received. Reports to the Manager, Registration, and handles receive/review/tracking of correspondence (fax, mail, emails), ensures completeness before processing, organizes and forwards materials to the appropriate employee, responds to member/applicant inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures timely follow-up on incomplete files. Requires two- to three-year college program, bilingual English/French (CEFRL C1), 1–3 years’ related experience, knowledge of registration policies/procedures, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and solid organizational/time-management skills. Remote-first environment with two vacancies for 6-month contracts; salary range provided in CAD per year, with application by June 26, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Two or three-year college program
- Bilingualism (French/English Level C1, CEFRL)
- 1 to 3 years’ experience performing similar duties
- Knowledge of the sector and College policies and processes related to registration
- Knowledge of office/administrative software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Verbal communication and customer service skills
