Job Summary
Conduct production screen printing of parts using single-color semi-automatic and multi-color presses with UV, solvent, and other ink types. Perform inspection of screen-printed parts and validate print colors against Pantone, RAL, and customer control samples. Complete job labor entries, identify improvement opportunities, and follow all safety procedures while wearing required PPE. Execute other duties as assigned by Lead Hand, Supervisor, and Manager. This role requires minimum one year of experience, familiarity with automatic and semi-automatic presses, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The position is full-time, permanent, with an 8-hour shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Min. 1 Years experience preferred (may train the right person).
- Familiarity with automatic and semi-automatic screen-printing presses is preferred.
- Experience and/or coursework in Print or Color Management a plus.
