Job Summary
Set up and operate screen printing machines, ensuring proper alignment, color accuracy, and design precision. Prepare and mix inks according to specifications, place garments on pallets, and read work orders to verify matches. Troubleshoot equipment to maintain efficiency, inspect garments for flaws, and correct quality issues against Dubow standards. Maintain a clean work area, clean screens, and collaborate with team members for smooth workflow completion. Perform assigned tasks in a high-volume production environment while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift
- Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to twist, turn, pivot, squat, bend, etc.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to detect slight differences in colors
- Good manual dexterity
- Hand/eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills required
- Ability to work with others to produce quality products for our customers
