Job Summary
Screen Print Operator on 1st shift at BSN SPORTS (Varsity Brands) responsible for assisting in production of screen-printed materials. Duties include coating, cleaning and preparing screens, loading material on press, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, pre-counting material, operating machinery to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens, moving material via pallet jack and RF scanner, and performing quality checks against customer specifications. Must maintain a clean work area, follow safety protocols, and utilize PPE. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read English, and the ability to pass a background check; strong attention to detail, teamwork, punctuality, and the ability to differentiate and coordinate colors are needed. On-site location: Grand Prairie, TX; hours 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to speak and read English instructions
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to follow orders and proper machine operating
- Learn tasks quickly, be detailed, accuracy-driven, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance
