Job Summary
Review work orders, observe specifications, and prepare the work area to print multi-color garments on screen press machines. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot the press to complete work orders while meeting quality standards. Maintain the machine by keeping it clean, wiping it down weekly with press wash, and cleaning the work area including ink spills and used screens. Utilize personal protective equipment as required for safety. Respond to work orders, clean the machine and area during and before shift ends, and dispose of all trash and plastic bags.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- At least 2-3 years of continued work experience
- Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance
- Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English
- Exhibits quick learning, be detailed, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance
- Possess the ability to differentiate and coordinate colors and able to identify a variety of quality issues
- Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Must be able to lift 15-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Desired Qualifications

- Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous warehouse experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience
