Job Summary
Operate Emulsion Coating, Eco-Rinse, and I-Image machines while determining priority orders based on due dates. Prepare and perform quality control of screens, properly clean them to ensure high quality products, and maintain machines by monitoring chemical levels and keeping service logs. Collaborate with the Art Department, read order components, and cross-train to assist with other Screen Department duties. Thoroughly clean screens by removing excess ink and tape, sort by mesh count, and clean flood bars and squeegees. Follow all safety and operational procedures, maintain a clean work area, and provide back-up when necessary. Physical ability to lift 15-20 pounds and stand 8+ hours on concrete is required.
