Job Summary
Mix, scale, proof, bake, fry, and finish bakery items according to standard formulas and procedures. Assist with ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, filling, rotating, and merchandising displays. Price, date, wrap, and bag products while adhering to Bakery Merchant policies. Clean and sanitize bakery areas and equipment, and maintain operational machinery by recommending repairs when needed. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Ability to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination

- Ability to stand, walk and bend throughout the entire workday
- Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location
