Scrap Yard Operator

Receive all raw materials into the plant and perform transaction recording, accurate weighing, and accounting for all scrap received. Monitor raw material shipments outbound and inspect incoming products to ensure quality meets melt shop production goals. Direct inbound and outbound traffic efficiently while processing return materials and reporting transactions. Maintain continuous communication with the Scrap Yard Coordinator and other operators. Requires high school diploma with experience in managing raw materials and scrap metals a plus.
