Job Summary
Operates in a service-center procurement role delivering operational procurement services for internal partners, reviewing and completing basic to medium-complexity purchase requests, issuing and updating purchase orders, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with the Strategic Procurement COE and suppliers to improve efficiency and partner satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or other related field; OR 4 years of relevant procurement or service center experience
- 2 years of relevant customer service and/or procurement experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency with procurement systems
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to be persuasive and build credibility
- Good understanding of procurement processes, policies, and tools
