SCPFO Procurement Analyst

Job Summary
Procurement Analyst in SCPFO to support sourcing and contracting initiatives, assist with spend analytics, market research, and performance metrics; help develop sourcing strategy and participate in contract negotiations; may lead less complex sourcing activities; develop various models (pricing, total cost of ownership); build and maintain reports to streamline analysis; communicate findings to SCPFO and business partners; collaborate with the Supply Chain COE, Service Center, and other stakeholders to address recurring issues and improve efficiency and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field; OR 4 years of relevant work experience
- 3 years of relevant customer service and/or procurement experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Maximo and Cognos preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) desired
- Contract drafting and administration for large, complex agreements
- Request for proposal / sourcing process experience
- Scope of work development
- Detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
- Systems – Ability to learn and become proficient in multiple systems
- Policy and Procedure Adherence – Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures
- Familiarity with construction contracting and project delivery methods
- Project management methodologies
