Job Summary
Build and develop the coaching program for top football talents while conducting scouting and performing athletic evaluations of players. Provide targeted support and development for selected academy prospects, leveraging your network within youth academies, transition phases, and professional clubs. Maintain flexibility for daily operations, travel, and weekend assignments. Collaborate closely with Bundesliga clubs, equipment partners, and sports scientists, including Head of Sports Strategy Matthias Sammer, to foster talent progression within the GOKIXX platform.
Required Qualifications
- Praktische Erfahrung im leistungsorientierten Nachwuchsfußball
- Sicheres Gespür für Spielerpotenziale
- Souveränes Auftreten im Austausch mit Spielern, Vereinen und Netzwerk-Partnern
- Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag
- Bereitschaft für Reisen
- Bereitschaft für Wochenendeinsätze
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Scouting
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Spielern und/oder Athleten
- Bestehendes Netzwerk im Fußball, z.B. NLZ, Übergangsbereich oder Profis
