Job Summary
Provide outstanding guest service at Harkins Theatres Scottsdale 101 by greeting guests, taking tickets, directing guests to auditoriums, cleaning auditoriums and common areas, selling and preparing concession items, selling tickets and gift cards, and enrolling guests in the loyalty program. Training will cover responsibilities; the role requires professionalism, friendliness, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to deliver an exceptional moviegoing experience. Must be 16+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; fluent English communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Are at least 16 years of age
- Effectively communicate, read/write in English
- Are able to work independently or with a team
- Work availability during evenings, weekends, holidays, summer months
