Job Summary
Manage the time clock per game, maintain accurate scores, and report results for assigned hockey matches. Operate the PA system for public announcements and DJ duties, while acting as an usher during special events. Provide excellent customer service to guest inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate. This role also includes videography of games and penalty box attendance when assigned. Games last approximately 1.5 hours. The position requires a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays, with pay of $16.00 per hour. Knowledge of hockey is preferred, and candidates must be able to lift up to 20 pounds in a live event setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and written
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes up to 20 pounds
