Job Summary
Oversee all staffing, sales, and operations by building and leading a service-oriented barista team, ensuring consistent customer experience through proper execution of brand recipes and techniques. Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and food safety standards while interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff to meet company standards. Manage daily and weekly staffing requirements to maximize sales potential and contribute to profitability by driving revenue and controlling expenses. Ensure accurate cash handling, point of sale procedures, and financial reporting while maintaining accountability for all store operations and performance metrics.
