Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, sharing flavor stories, and offering samples to guide them through our menu. Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, operate the register, and support daily shop operations including restocking products and maintaining food safety standards. Accurately process transactions for online and delivery orders while assisting with dishwashing and cleaning tasks to keep the shop running smoothly. Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment, handling evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 16+ years old
- Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Can work at least 3 shifts per week, including 2 closing shifts
- Have food service, retail, coffee, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Are comfortable discussing flavors, offering samples, and engaging with guests
