Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, sharing flavor stories, and offering samples to guide them through our menu. Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, operate the register, and process transactions for online and delivery orders while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. Prepare products per recipes, restock supplies, and support dishwashing and daily shop operations. Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment, managing evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Required Qualifications
- 16+ years old
- Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Can work at least 3 shifts per week, including 2 closing shifts
- Have strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy staying busy
- Work well as part of a team and support those around you
- Are curious, dependable, and eager to learn
- Are comfortable discussing flavors, offering samples, and engaging with guests
