Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and guiding the shop flow while sharing flavor stories and offering samples. Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, operate the register, and support daily shop operations including restocking, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting with online and delivery orders. Prepare products according to recipes, support dishwashing and cleaning tasks, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive environment. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting, requiring at least three shifts per week including closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 16+ years old
- Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Can work at least 3 shifts per week, including 2 closing shifts
- Have food service, retail, coffee, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Are comfortable discussing flavors, offering samples, and engaging with guests
