Job Summary
Lead SAP Supply Chain Management transformations across Manufacturing, Logistics Execution, and Plant Maintenance domains. Drive end-to-end programs including Plan-to-Produce and Procure-to-Pay integration, leveraging expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Extended Warehouse Management, and Quality Management. Manage shop floor systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and third-party logistics solutions while overseeing large-scale SAP initiatives. Requires 12–15+ years of experience with a strict interview process involving HR screening, technical evaluation, and a final in-person management meeting. Based in Indianapolis, IN, or client locations within the US.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of overall SAP experience
- strong background in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Proven experience in SAP SCM
- career experience spanning Manufacturing, Logistics Execution, and Plant Maintenance
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformations
- leading at least two large-scale SAP programs
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Make-to-Stock (MTS)
- Make-to-Order (MTO)
- Process Industry
- Hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- decentralized and embedded EWM
- Strong understanding of Quality Management (QM) integration with production processes
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Supply Chain programs
- Plan-to-Produce
- Procure-to-Pay integration
- Experience integrating shop floor systems
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
