Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Material Handling team, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Monitor key performance indicators and develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety metrics. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and resolve operational issues. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance organizational efficiency. This cross-functional role within Production & Operations involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards in an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management or material handling operations (At least 5 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity for strategic thinking
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
