Job Summary
Lead supplier sourcing activities for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods by identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new domestic and international suppliers. Conduct RFQ/RFP processes, benchmark pricing, and negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms to execute annual cost reduction and value improvement plans. Develop and maintain a competitive, diversified supplier base while building long-term strategic partnerships and ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and ethical standards. Track supplier KPIs, prepare performance reports, and utilize ERP/SRM systems for data-driven decision-making, inventory optimization, and demand planning. Collaborate with legal teams on contract development and support new product development through early supplier involvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with international sourcing and import operations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- ERP/SAP/SRM system experience
- Working proficiency in Korean (reading and writing)
