Job Summary
Plan various initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs within the ordering and delivery date management function. Lead the organization in executing strategic plans, negotiating with business partners, and promoting process standardization to enhance productivity. Manage the organization of ordering and delivery date management while gaining initial understanding of specific areas before advancing to a full management role. This position supports Rakuten24's direct sales business in daily necessities, driving mid-term business growth through value chain transformation and system investments.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ordering and delivery management at a business company
- Basic knowledge of the daily necessities retail industry and e-commerce
- 1+ years of experience managing subordinates
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in ordering and delivery management in the daily necessities industry
- Experience using PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and planning (using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table)
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)
- University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
