Job Summary
Manage inbound shipments, returns, and product procurement while registering data and integrating systems. Coordinate with business partners to address defects, adjust product specifications, and resolve irregularities during physical inspections. Design and adjust operations for open brand management to shorten delivery lead times and reduce sales opportunity losses. Confirm and adjust product specifications with partners based on customer inquiries. This role serves as a hub for stakeholder communication within the Fashion Business Department at Rakuten Fashion. The team operates out of the Rakuten Fulfillment Center in Ichikawa, Chiba, focusing on maximizing brand management efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Operation Improvement
- Negotiation skill and the coordination
- Basic PC skill
- Intermediate level Excel skills(VLOOKUP, Pivot table, etc.)
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)
- University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain operations and management in apparel EC business
- Distributor by apparel business and product management experience
- Leader work experience
