Job Summary
Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, replenishment, procurement, logistics, and merchandising to identify inefficiencies and design organizational and technological solutions. Lead complex transformation initiatives by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, defining transformation roadmaps, and supporting client implementation and change management. Translate business requirements into sustainable solutions while mentoring junior staff and driving continuous improvement through data-driven KPI analysis. Manage projects across retail, fashion, and manufacturing sectors with national and international travel requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Business Consulting
- Experience in structured consulting firms or complex business contexts
- Solid experience in Supply Chain transformation projects
- Direct exposure to merchandising, planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse and distribution topics
- Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics or related STEM fields
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and main optimization levers
- Ability to analyze data and interpret Supply Chain KPIs with a continuous improvement approach
- Experience in designing and reviewing organizational models, operational flows and process governance
- Experience in designing and implementing application solutions
- Project management and team coordination skills with attention to time, quality and results
- Strong problem-solving attitude, structured thinking and ability to make decisions in complex and ambiguous contexts
- Mentoring and support to the growth of junior figures
- Availability to make domestic and international business trips
- Ability to adhere to the company's smart working policy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in selection, implementation or evolution of ERP, APS, WMS, OMS or Supply Chain Planning systems
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies applied to Operations and Supply Chain processes
- Experience in Retail/GDO, Fashion or Manufacturing contexts
- Change management skills and support to the adoption of solutions by business users
- Supply Chain certifications (e.g. APICS/ASCM)
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2) or continuous improvement methodologies
