Job Summary
Oversee monthly demand planning, coordinate S&OP, and manage logistics operations including cost analysis and KPIs. Design and improve logistics processes for material receiving, shipping, inventory management, and delivery while collaborating with third-party providers. Analyze supply chain operations and conduct data-driven performance analysis to generate reports. Establish and optimize ERP systems to support efficient and stable logistics for US Foodville. Requires SAP and WMS proficiency with experience in food distribution or restaurant franchises. Full health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) match and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP, WMS, and advanced Excel skills (minimum 3 years)
- Technical expertise in ERP/SAP system operations and database management
- Experience in food distribution or restaurant franchise industries
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Korean
- Team-oriented multitasker with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proven project management, leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills
- Warehouse management system: 3 years (Required)
- SAP: 3 years (Required)
- Ability to Commute: Commerce, CA 90040 (Required)
