Job Summary
Design and deliver end-to-end supply chain implementations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, overseeing critical modules including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Sales, Master Planning, and Production Control. Conduct workshops with supply chain leaders to document business process flows, map real-world processes to D365 capabilities, and ensure BRDs, FDDs, and test scripts meet project standards. Manage functional consultants and coordinate with technical and finance teams while configuring rather than customizing solutions. This client-facing role requires 15+ years of ERP/SCM implementation experience and 10+ years with D365 F&O SCM modules. Candidates must demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills to guide teams through complex ERP deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in ERP/SCM implementations
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O SCM modules
- Proven track record in client-facing SCM solution delivery
