Job Summary
Scientist VIE within Discovery and Translational Sciences to develop innovative approaches for rapid prototyping of vaccine candidates against viral pathogens; design, perform, and execute protein expression and purification campaigns at research scale; collaborate with CMC team to ensure technology transfer from Research to Development; lead experimental design and execution of viral antigen production, characterization and formulation efforts; present concise scientific presentations; interact with global project teams; comply with HSE policies and document laboratory experiments carefully in ALLE/ELSE; contribute to advancing next-gen science, AI-driven breakthroughs and immunization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in biochemistry/molecular biology or related field
- Hands-on protein and virus purification experience, including high-throughput screening approaches
- Knowledge and preferably hands-on experience in synthetic biology, molecular cloning and protein expression in various upstream systems
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
