Job Summary

Responsible for material processing, reagent formulation, QC of reagents and in-vitro diagnostic products; perform in-process testing and final Quality Control, utilize SAP for inventory and cost-center management, assign calibrator values and kit control ranges, monitor supplies, maintain documentation, follow regulatory requirements, participate in CAPA/NCR/Deviations/Validations, and contribute to training and continuous improvement. Requires an Associates degree (or equivalent) with 1+ years in a regulated laboratory setting; familiarity with immunology, immunoassay techniques, lab equipment, data analysis, and strong documentation skills. Competitive salary range $61k-$70k and comprehensive benefits, with a focus on patient-focused diagnostic product development.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology or Medical Technology required or Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology or related science field or a 2 year degree (i.e. MLT) with equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of related laboratory experience and/or demonstrated competence within the in-vitro diagnostic industry
  • Basic understanding of immunology and immunoassay techniques
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Google Suite
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis
  • Advanced skills in Math and calculations, Writing and documentation, Grasping complex concepts and solutions, Problem-solving and analytical skills
