Job Summary
Conduct clinical testing using flow cytometry and perform PBMC separation on patient specimens from clinical trials. Maintain inspection equipment, manage reagent inventory, and execute validation tests related to quality assurance. Draft documents in English and communicate via email with overseas laboratories. This role supports the clinical development services division at IQVIA Laboratories Japan, where diverse teams collaborate in a supportive environment to ensure patient safety and trial integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 2年以上のマイクロピペットを用いた試薬の調整などの試料作成や検査に従事した経験
- 基礎的な英語スキル（英文業務マニュアルの読解、英文e-メールの読解・作成等）
- 英語のドキュメントを読むことに抵抗がないこと、または入社後に学習意欲があること
- 日本の臨床検査技師免許かつ業務上での英語でのコミュニケーション経験
- フローサイトメトリー機器を扱った経験（臨床・研究問わず）
- 理系のバックグラウンド
- 日本国内で就労可能なこと
- 英語と日本語でのコミュニケーションが流暢なこと
Desired Qualifications
- PBMC、DNAなど全血検体からの細胞分離手技経験
- BSC（バイオセーフティキャビネット）操作を含むベンチワーク業務に従事した経験
- CAP（College of American Pathologist）の認証施設で勤務経験があること、または認証取得に携わった経験
- 精度管理（統計学的精度管理図、内部・外部精度管理等）の基本知識
- 日本フローサイトメトリー技術者認定
