Scientist (M/F/D) with a focus on Method Validation, Method Development and Analytical Transfers

Scientist focused on Method Validation, Method Development and Analytical Transfers. Responsibilities include coordinating, executing, and documenting method transfers, development, validation, and verification of complex analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, AAS, KF) both in-house and with external labs; performing analytical testing and preparing GMP-compliant protocols and reports; reviewing existing methods for GMP validation and regulatory status; troubleshooting instrument- and method-related issues with a global expert network; identifying opportunities for method improvements and robustness; contributing to the review/verification of laboratory records and reports; preparing analytical documentation for regulatory submissions; supporting multiple analytical transfer activities concurrently. Qualifications: degree in Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry or completed training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (or equivalent); at least 2 years of professional experience applying, interpreting, and validating pharmaceutical analytical methods under GMP (e.g., chromatography, spectroscopy, physicochemical testing); proficiency with analytical software in GMP environments (ideally Waters Empower); independent, proactive, structured work style with ability to set priorities; excellent teamwork and communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities and assertiveness; very good command of German and English (written and spoken); high proactivity, flexibility, and resilience in dynamic project environments.
