Job Summary
Lead technical projects in chromatography consumables from concept through commercialization. Design and execute experiments, analyze complex data, resolve technical challenges, and implement continuous improvement. Mentor colleagues and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to develop advanced chromatography products and associated manufacturing processes. Create customer-facing collateral highlighting technology innovations including mass spectrometry. Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, Quality, and Operations to meet deliverables. Stay current on industry technologies and contribute to IP through patents and invention disclosures. On-site at Sunnyvale, CA; background check and drug screen required. Education: PhD or Master’s degree with relevant experience, or Bachelor’s with higher years’ experience. Experience with liquid chromatography and MS is a plus; regulated-environment experience (ISO9001, ISO13485, cGMP) is a plus. Must be able to obtain/maintain work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- PhD, Master’s degree plus 3 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years’ experience in a relevant field
